Mike Giles is the Finance Director at Fieldfisher and has over 35 years’ experience of working in professional services organisations, including 18 years in law firms. He has significant international experience and expertise across the finance function including M&A, financial reporting, corporate finance and structuring, joint ventures and international tax.
Joining Fieldfisher in 2013, Mike is responsible for all aspects of the commercial and financial aspects of the firm. Prior to this role, Mike was Finance Director at SJ Berwin LLP for over 13 years.
